<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate automation of the terminal processing process and the intermediate check process by laminating a conductor layer around a hole provided to a substrate so as to form a spiral coil, forming a tap from a conductor layer in the process of lamination and fitting a magnetic core into the hole so as to reduce variation of the characteristic. CONSTITUTION:The conductor layer 22 coverting around the hole 12 of the substrate 10 by nearly a half circumference, its lead 30 and an electrode 40 are formed by a means such as printing. In this case, a lead 30a of a coil 20a at the input terminal is connected to an input electrode 40a. Then the conductor layer 22 covering the remaining half cycle around the hole 12 is provided and the lead 32 is formed in crossing via the lead 30 and an insulation layer 24. Thus, one winding of the coil 20 is formed in this way. In repeating the process, the spiral coil 20 laminated via the insulation layer 24 is formed. In this process, one of the conductor layers 22 is connected to the electrode 40 by conductors 80, 81 to form a tap. After the end of lamination, the core 50 is inserted to the hole 12.</p> |
