PURPOSE:To perform an ice removing operation even when a vehicle travels at a high speed by regulating the pressing force of a blade in response to the degree of icing. CONSTITUTION:An upright erecting stand 1 is secured to a vehicle, and fittings are rotatably supported by a shaft 3 to the upper portion. A pole 4 is grasped to fittings 2, and a weight adjustable weight 5 is provided at the lower end. A supporting member 7 is secured through an angle 6 to the upper end. A current collecting shoe 9 is rotatably supported to a horizontal shaft 8, and a pair of blades 9a, 9b are secured to the upper surface. A suitable window 9c for naturally dropping cut ice or frost cut by the blades 9a, 9b is formed at the shoe 9. The pressing force of the blade can be regulated in response to the degree of frosting and icing by the adjustment of the weight 5.
