PURPOSE:To improve design in a door trim formed with a plurality of line pressure welds on a fabric skin, by forming a pattern such as characters on a flat portion between the line pressure welds by heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:A hot plate 10 having an exchangeable pattern such as characters at its upper end is vertically movably arranged between line pressure welding projections 7 of a fixed electrode block 6. A fabric skin 3 is placed on the electrode block 6. Then, an upper block 8 is lowered to form line pressure welds 4. At the same time, the hot plate 10 is upwardly moved to press an electrode die 11 onto a flat portion 5, thereby forming a pattern such as characters on the flat portion 5. Thus, the pattern is formed between the line pressure welds to thereby improve design. |
