PURPOSE:To provide superior workability when a ferritic stainless steel sheet contg. Al is manufactured, by holding a material to be rolled at a specified temp. for a specified time or holding and heating the material in a stage before finish annealing. CONSTITUTION:A ferritic stainless steel contg. 0.08-0.5% Al is hot rolled, coiled at <=700 deg.C, cold rolled without passing through an annealing stage, and subjected to finish annealing to manufacture a ferritic stainless steel sheet. At this time, the material to be rolled is held at 300-450 deg.C for 10min-50hr or held and heated in a stage before the finish annealing. Thus, the yield point is lowered to improve the workability. |
