PURPOSE:To permit the simultaneous machining of two holes without any interference between baldes by rotating two holders whose blades are installed in their radius positions of holes with a fixed phase difference and at the same angular speed, in a device for machining interference parallel holes having a distance between the centers of two holes less than the sum of radiuses of holes. CONSTITUTION:Chips 88, 90 cutting interference parallel holes 12, 14 of a housing body 10 are installed on an end of body sections 96, 98 and an adjustment is made so that their rotating radiuses can be equal to radiuses of holes 12, 14. And axial centers of rotating axes 32, 34 are placed in centers of holes 12, 14. Furthermore, to rotating axes 32, 34, body sections 96, 98 formed in rectangles are equipped with the phase difference of 90 deg. and meshing is made by preparing gears having the same number of teeth. This constitution permits that since rotating axes 32, 33 rotate at the same angular speed, chips 88, 90 always keep the phase difference of 90 deg. and no mutual collision occurs and thus the simultaneous machining of holes 12, 14 can be performed. |
