Heating system with heat pump for mixed gas/outside air operation consists of the installation parts: gas burner, preheater, shutter flaps, filter, evaporator, radial fan (smoke extraction), refrigeration circuit, compressor (lifting piston or rotary piston compressor), heat exchanger, three-way mixing valve (electronically controlled). The gas burner heats the water in the preheater, the hot waste gases being conducted via the filter and subsequently through the slatted evaporator and being blown into the chimney by the radial fan. The slatted evaporator recovers the heating energy from the waste gas flow and delivers it in the heat exchanger to the hot water circuit. At temperatures above +3 DEG C, the shutter flaps are changed over in such a manner that outside air is drawn in via the evaporator by the radial fan. In the year, this supplies more than 2/3 of the heating energy required. The three-way mixing valve regulates according to requirement the quantity of water which is conducted through the preheater. The thermostats under the evaporator and at the inlet of the pump/hot water (PWW) return run are actual-value transmitters. The differential pressure measuring device determines via the different pressure conditions the icing of the evaporator and starts deicing. Via the condensation water runoff, the condensate is conducted off to the pH value neutraliser or directly into the sewage line. |
