PURPOSE:To simplify circuit constitution, to provide many functions, and to control a camera stably by using a capacitor for storing information on film feed inhibition due to trouble detected during photography even for storing rewind information. CONSTITUTION:The power feed changeover switch 1 of a control circuit is placed at the side of a contact 1b to check the operation of a camera before film advance by a function self-checking circuit 2, and transistor TRs 5 and 6 are normally turned off and on with the output H of the circuit 2 respectively to hold the voltage Vc of the capacitor 19 at the earth potential. Timer circuits 8 and 9 are reset with the output of an inverter 10 to generate winding and rewinding signals W and R with a level L. Then, the circuits 8 and 9 are released with the output of the inverter 10 from being reset when the switch is changed over to the side of a contact 1a, thereby starting counting operation. Then, the capacitor 19 for storing information on film advance inhibition due to trouble detected during photography is used even for storing information on rewinding, thereby simplifying the circuit constitution.
