Two identically constructed flat housings (12, 12) are rigidly connected to one another via a telescopic connecting strut (24). Rotatably mounted in the housing (12) is a rotary device (30) having a rotary table (32) which exhibits a pointer (48) which is prestressed on a scale (46) in the middle position by a spring arrangement (36, 38).
