PURPOSE:To avoid that a radio driving apparatus goes away from a transmitter over a prescribed distance and to avoid that the radio driving apparatus is not operable by detecting the lowering of the level of a receiving signal outputted from a receiving part when it lowers under a prescribed value and terminating or driving in reverse compulsorily a controlled object. CONSTITUTION:In a comparator 20 which functions as a level lowering detecting means, a receiving level reference signal RL is impressed on an inversion input terminal of it and a receiving level detection signal SL which is outputted from a receiving part 1 corresponding with the receiving level is impressed on a non-inversion input terminal and when the level of the SL is smaller than that of the RL, the output signal OL is fallen to a logic level L. So that the output signal OL (a switch control signal) functions to a switching part 21 which switches the output signal of an operating part 6 and the output signal of a signal setting apparatus 22 in which an operating signal to terminate or drive in reverse a running system 9 as the controlled object is set and the output signal OL becomes the logic level L, the operating signal which the signal setting apparatus 22 outputs is selected and is outputted to the running system 9 and as the result, the running system 9 is controlled so as to terminate or to move in the reverse direction against the present advancing direction.
