PURPOSE:To make possible the desired inspection and measurement continuously for a long period of time by dispersing a reagent for inspecting the material in urine into a sublimating material. CONSTITUTION:This detecting agent is prepd. by dispersing the reagent for inspecting the material in urine into the sublimatable material. The sublimatable material which is insoluble in water is effective in protecting the reagent for inspecting the material in urine existing therein against water, oxygen and light and preventing surely the deterioration of the reagent. The sublimatable material sublimates with time by the sublimatability intrinsic thereto and exposes the internal reagent for inspecting the material in urine onto the surface. Such reagent is utilized for inspecting and measuring successively the material in the urine. The reagent is desorbed away from the surface by the sublimation, etc. of the sublimatable material after the utilization. The long-term repetitive inspection with a piece of preparation is made possible.
