PURPOSE:To make it possible to prepare many small forms for a document efficiently and quickly by selectively reading an optional partial area from a memory device as an objective block for printing, and arranging information of plural blocks thus read out properly in the same page and outputting by printing in the same page. CONSTITUTION:The system is constituted of a device that designates and reads any partial area selectively as an objective block for printing from a memory device 17 that stores information such as inputted or edited documents, graphics, etc., and a device that arranges read out information of plural blocks properly in the same page and outputs by printing. Objective information block for printing that can be contained in partial area of a printing form are arrange by number of blocks printable in the printing form properly by a simply operated inputting device for outputting by printing. Thus, when preparing many small forms of printed document that can be contained in a partial area of a printing form, the work can be executed efficiently and quickly without troubling a perform.
