PURPOSE:To prevent a magnetic bubble memory from being abnormally used at an extremely low temperature state or a high temperature state by forming a temperature detecting part on a wiring board and leading out a temperature detecting output from a terminal part of the wiring board. CONSTITUTION:A wavy conductor 13 for detecting temperature is arranged on the upper part of an opening part 4a. Generally, an allowable temperature range for guaranteeing normal operation is fixed on the magnetic bubble mem ory similarly to other electronic appliances, and at an extremely low tempera ture state of an appliance mounted on a satellite or at a high temperature state due to the heat generation of a coil COI, the reliability of stored data is low. The conductor 13 leads out temperature information under said state from an external terminal 9b, and at the extremely low temperature state or the high temperature state, contributes to actuate a heating means and a cooling means provided with itself, stop access or drive an alarm device.
