PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a reference voltage, to decrease number of elements, power consumption and delay time by applying two inputs in which logical amplitude between high and low levels in made equal and a level difference of a half of the amplitude is given to a base of a couple of transistors (TRs) of a differential pair constituting a current switch circuit. CONSTITUTION:When both inputs (e) and f* are high and low level respectively, a differential pair comprising TRs 1, 2 is operated and generates output X, X' in response to the relation of level of inputs A, B*. When the input A is at low level and the input B* is at a high level for example, a current flows via TRs 2, 5 and the output X' goes to a high level. On the other hand, when the input (e) is at a low level and the input f* goes to a high level, a differential pair comprising TRs 3, 4 is activated. When both inputs C, D* are at high or low level for example, a current flows through TRs 3, 6 and the output X goes to a high level.
