PURPOSE:To provide the titled cosmetic free of skin irritation and containing an oily substance, water, and a salt composed of a polyethylene glycol diamine and a compound selected from a higher alcohol sulfuric acid ester, a higher alcohol phosphoric acid ester and an N-long-chain acyl glutamic acid. CONSTITUTION:The objective emulsified cosmetic is composed of (A) 0.5-10wt% salt of (i) a compound selected from a 12-22C aliphatic alcohol sulfuric acid ester, a 12-22C aliphatic alcohol sulfuric acid ester, a 12-22C aliphatic alcohol phosphoric acid ester and an N-acyl glutamic acid (the carbon number of the acyl group is 12-22) and (ii) a polyethylene glycol diamine of formula (x is 1-3; y is 2-200), (B) 5-60wt% oily substance (e.g. liquid paraffin, olive oil, beef tallow, wax, etc.) and (C) 30-96wt% water. The cosmetic is free of skin irritation and has excellent emulsion stability, viscosity stability, feeling to the skin and moisture-retainability, etc., and high usefulness. |
