The present invention relates to a method for mould casting disposable anodes fitted with a hollow insert. It is characterised in that the inside of the insert is cooled by means of a fluid until the anode solidifies. It finds its application in the production of disposable anodes having a good adherence between the anodic bulk mass proper and the insert.
