Prefabricated end part called bridge head limiting a crossing of a ditch. At each end of the pipe 2, there is laid in the ditch 1 an upwardly-open hollow elongate element 9 having two lateral walls 9C which start from the highest level 8 of the pipe 2 so as to progressively run down to the level of the bottom of the ditch 1, in order to carry at least one perforated inclined slab 13, 14 which may be followed with a covering slab 21 so that there no longer exists a vertical face against which a vehicle could crash. <IMAGE>
