The present invention relates to a device which can be used for protection of the bacteriological filter and pressure regulation of drip and/or transfusion apparatuses, the said apparatuses comprising on their device for supplying and/or removing air a bacteriological filter 2 and a channel 7 for supplying and/or removing air in the bottle containing the drip and/or transfusion liquid, the said device being characterised in that it consists of a valve 4 made of an elastic material, a continuous zone of one of whose faces is maintained by construction so as to bear elastically on a seat 5 interacting with the said face, the said valve being situated between the filter to be protected and the channel for entry of air into the bottle and having a concavity, by virtue of the said pre-stressed member, directed towards the said channel. <IMAGE>
