PURPOSE:To exchange a dyestuff liquid safely and automatically by a method wherein a bottle connected to a dyestuff laser cell is removed by a removable device, and transported in succession to the position of a liquid injector through the position of a liquid discharger, a bottle into which a washing is injected is connected to the cell and washed, and a bottle into which the dyestuff liquid is admitted is connected to the cell. CONSTITUTION:A susceptor 2b for a bottle 1e is lowered and stopped at the position of a limit switch 2d under the control of a controller 6, a circulating pump 1c is operated, and a dyestuff liquid in a laser cell 1a is transferred to the bottle 1e. The bottle 1e is supported to a supporter 5b on its midway of the lowering of the susceptor 2b, the arm 5b is turned and the bottle is transported to the position of a liquid discharger 3, and the dyestuff liquid is discharged. The bottle is carried to the position of a liquid injector 4 by an arm 5, a washing is injected, the bottle 1e is returned to an original position, and the cell 1a is washed through the pump 1c. The bottle is exchanged with a bottle 1e, into which novel dyestuffs are introduced, by hands, and the dyestuff liquid is injected into the cell 1a under the state in which the cell is pushed into a chuck 1f by the susceptor 2b. |
