PURPOSE:To provide the titled rubber blend which hardly causes deterioration by chlorine in drinking water and migration of plasticizers toward water, by mixing a styrene block copolymer, a low-molecular olefin softener, a plasticizer oil and an olefin processing aid. CONSTITUTION:35-65wt% styrene block copolymer (A) (e.g. styrene/ethylene/ butylene/styrene block copolymer or styrene/butadiene/styrene block copolymer), 5-35wt% low-molecular olefin softener (B) (e.g. liquid polychloroprene or liquid polybutadiene), 0-25wt% plasticizer oil (C) (e.g. paraffinic oil or naphthenic oil) and 5-20wt% olelfin processing and (D) (e.g. polypropylene or ethylene/ propylene block copolymer) are mixed together to obtain the titled thermoplastic rubber blend having low compression set.
