摘要 With a view to increasing the productivity, reducing the operating costs and increasing the efficiency of a simple and compact unit, the feeding, knocking, cleaning, evacuating and loading devices are accommodated in a single unit which moves cyclically along the heap of cobs according to a program control. The machine is fed automatically by means of a rotor (1) which moves up and down horizontally according to the shape of the heap of cobs. This rotor moves the cobs in the direction of free flow via a foldable shovel (4) to the rotors (2) which guide the cobs over an inclined plane (3) through a hole (5) into the worm conveyor (6). The impact beaters (7) guide the cobs longitudinally into the counter-knocker (8). Under the effect of the knocker (12) and of the teeth (13), the cobs are moved spirally along the counter-knocker (8) with intensive friction. As a result of this movement, the beans come loose from the cobs and fall through the perforations of the counter-knocker. The stalks pass via the regulating shutter (10) to the beaters (15) which throw them through the pipeline (16) into the means of transport. The beans fall into the perforated casing (23) of the cleaning conveyor worm (21), and as a result of movement along this they are separated from the impurities and then pushed forwards by the agitator beaters (22) to the beaters (17).
