PURPOSE:To accomplish reduction of labor by vertically dropping taped parts with lead wires, and bending same at every blank band alternately from the surface side and the back side thereof to fix the folding direction, so that the taped parts are automatically folded by dead load. CONSTITUTION:When the taped parts 135 are vertically fed downward, first a pressing pin member 131 is turned counter-clockwise by expansion of a left operating device 132, a pin 139 presses a biased position of a blank band 135a to a clamping member 133, upper and lower jaw pieces 148, 149 are closed to bend the taped parts and fix the folding direction by operation of an operating device 134, and opened. Subsequently, the taped parts 135 are lowered, and automatically folded when it reaches a certain height. After that, a right pressing pin member operating device 132 is similarly operated to fold down the taped parts alternately at the surface side and at the back side thereof, so that the taped parts can be folded up with good efficiency of storage and be stored in an enclosure. Thus, reduction of labor can be accomplished.
