PURPOSE:To prevent noise from being generated due to oscillation, by organizing the outer frame section of a motor with blades, with an elastic member of rubber or the like, and by covering the outside of a cylindrical inner frame section containing the motor, with an elastic member. CONSTITUTION:A motor case containing a motor is supported and fixed by a suspension frame 8 erected on a cylindrical inner frame section 12, and is contained in the cylindrical inner frame section 12 with a rotatable section 6 fitting blades 2 on the outer periphery. An outer frame section 14 formed to surround the cylindrical inner frame section 12 and to cover the outer periphery with, is made of elastic substance, for example, rubber or the like. The outer frame section 14 including the cylindrical inner frame section 12 is organized in an almost square shape, and penetrating slots 10 for inserting fitting components into are bored through corner-ridged sections 18 continuing the ridged sections 16. |
