PURPOSE:The titled glass capable of precipitating stably crystallite at low calcination temperature and controlling an electrical charge amount in coated glass in such a way that it has a proper amount of negative charge, obtained by blending specific ZnO glass powder with specific two or more filters. CONSTITUTION:100wt% glass powder (e.g., 50-75wt% ZnO, 15-30wt%, B2O3, 3-15wt% SiO2, 0-10wt% PbO, 0-3wt% Al2O3, 0-2wt% Sb2O3, 0-5wt% Nb2O5 and 0-20wt% Bi2O3) comprising 45-75wt% ZnO, 15-35wt% B2O3 and 2-20wt% SiO2 as main components is blended with 5-20wt% two or more kinds of zinc flower powder, zinc borate powder and willemite to give the titled glass. Crystallite can be stably precipitated at low calcination temperature and an electrical charge amount in coated glass can be controlled in such a way that it has a proper amount of negative charge. Consequently an electrical charge induced in a semiconductive element is a positive charge.
