PURPOSE:To prevent the fall of granular particles from a slit by constituting the titled apparatus from a rotary disc having a ventilating part in one part, an annular slit formed between the circumference of the rotary disc and the barrel side, and a current member whose one part is air-permeable. CONSTITUTION:A slit gas fed into a granulating cylinder 1 via an annular slit 9 and a gas fed into the granulating cylinder 1 via the ventilating part of the rotary disc 4 are separately controlled and thereby the desired product can be produced. In the slit gas passage, a current plate whose one part is made of, at least, a wire gauze, porous plate, etc., is provided. At least one part of the current plate 15 should be air-permeable and its purpose is preventing the fall of fine particles from the slit 9 by controlling the flow of the slit gas which passes through the slit 9.
