PURPOSE:To make the distance of a bath surface longer by means of projected parts and prevent adhesion of water drops, developing agent, and toner to the lower surface of the projected part, by forming a fitting section on the central upper surface of a bottom wall and the projected parts around the fitting section. CONSTITUTION:An insulator block 11 is composed of a prism-like fitting section 15 provided in the central part of a rectangular plate-like bottom wall 14 having a prescribed thickness and projected parts 16 projected from the side faces of the fitting section 15, with the projected parts 16 being united with the fitting section 15 in one body. Therefore, the distance of the bath surface of the insulator block 11 becomes longer by the lengths of the upper surface 16a, end face 16b, and lower surface 16c of the projected parts 16 and, as a result, bath surface leakage hardly occurs. Since no foreign matters adhere to the lower surfaces 16c of the projected parts 16, no water drops adhere to the lower surfaces 16c and, since no water drop adheres uniformly along the bath surface, the bath surface leakage hardly occurs. In addition, since no foreign matters adhere to the lower surfaces 16c of the projected parts 16, the lower surfaces 16c are not charged with electricity and the whole bath surface is not charged uniformly. Accordingly, the bath surface leakage hardly occurs. |
