PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of the differential pressure and to reduce the manufacturing cost by putting alternately plural internal gear type toothed washers and external gear type toothed washers through the axis and by inserting them into the passage hole of a container having a fluid passage hole. CONSTITUTION:With regard to emulsion 100, water is ejected from water nozzles 40, 50 into oil which is passing through the passage hole 31 to obtain the emulsion emulsified to some extent. Simultaneously, the emulsion is completely emulsified by being passed through a static mixer 60. This reason is that when oil and water pass through the internal gear type toothed washers 62 and the external gear type toothed washers 63 in order, they pulse up and down, the passing route becomes long and they are twisted at the parts of these teeth 622, 632, thus the oil and water are finely divided into particles and are mixed and stirred. |
