PURPOSE:To make it possible to surely confine the body of a person sitting on a seat, by inserting a vertical outer pipe in the seat back of the seat, and inserting the vertical section of an inversed L-like bent inner pipe, rotatably and fixingably into the outer pipe. CONSTITUTION:An inversed L-like bent inner pipe 3 is inserted in a vertical outer pipe 1 with the downward facing flange section 4 of the inner pipe 3 being fitted on an upward facing flange section 2 attached to the upper end of the vertical outer pipe 1, and a spiral spring 7 is disposed between the inner pipe 3 and a movable bottom 8. Further, the outer surface of the bent section 5 of the inner pipe 3 projected from the outer pipe 1 is coated with a soft material 7. The thus arranged device is secured to each side of the inside section of the seat A. Upon no use the bent section 5 is lifted up to remove the downward facing flange section 4 from the upward facing flange 2, and thereafter, the bend section 5 is positioned on the rear surface of the seat A to prevent interference. Meanwhile upon use the bent section 5 is locked at a position before the seat A to confine the body of a passenger. |
