PURPOSE:To make it possible to smoothly unload a ship, by using a special attachment to enable not only a catenary type unloader body but also another unloader body to be used, and by folding a conveyor on the main crane body side upon another unloader body being used. CONSTITUTION:In order to carry out the chane-over operation from a catenary type unloader body 8 to a container type unloader body 21, an attachment 6 and the catenary type unloader body 8 are at first lifted up to a predetermined height by means of a wire rope 7 toward a trolley 5 before the pin connection between the catenary type unloader body 8 and the attachment 6 are released. Then, the trolley 5 is made travel toward a crane main body 3. At this time a conveyor 15 composed of a stationary conveyor 16, a second conveyor 17 and a first conveyor 18 is automatically folded. Thereafter the connection between the front end of the first conveyor 18 and the catenary type unloader body 8 is released, and the attachment 6 and the body 8 are lowered onto the ground by means of the wire rope 7 to release the pin connection between both members 6, 8. Then the container type unloader body is attached. |
