PURPOSE:The titled multicore type conjugate fibers having cross section in which dark colored and light-colored components are alternately placed, a specific uneven shape of the joint boundary in each component randomly changing in the longitudinal direction of the fibers and having darker color and improved brightness. CONSTITUTION:Multiple sheath-core (concentric) conjugate polyester fibers having a core further in a core, a dark-colored component and a lighter-colored or uncolored component are alternately placed in the cross section thereof, joint boundary in cross section of each component having irregularly bent saw- toothed uneven shape of acute angle, the shape of each component randomly changed in the longitudinal direction of the fibers without deteriorating the brightness by friction and slight deterioration in physical properties nor problems in processes.
