PURPOSE:To obtain a resin compsn. giving moldings which have little sinkmarks, warpage and burrs and have an excellent appearance, by blending a thermoplastic polyester resin, an arom. polycarbonate and an ionic copolymer., CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. is obtd. by blending 100pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester resin, 0.5-50pts.wt. arom. polycarbonate, 0.1-10pts.wt. ionic copolymer composed of an alpha-olefin and an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylate salt and 0-8pts.wt. at least one member selected from among polyfunctional glycidyl ester compds. If desired, additives such as fiber, filler, etc., may be added to the compsn. to improve characteristics. Preferred examples of the thermoplastic polyesters are polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate. |
