A multiple-stage, direct current-coupled signal amplifier with transistors of various types of conductivity, in particular for amplification of the analogue entry signal in an oscilloscope, whereby each of the amplification stages has paired symmetrical transistors of different conductivity type between the supply potentials of different polarity, which receive and process the complete wanted signal in the same phase condition. The respective sequential transistors, which are connected with a supply potential of the same polarity, are also of different conductivity types. The entry phase is designed as an emitter sequence. The successive stages have a cascade circuit, or in other words, they form successive stages in the emitter and base circuits. |
