PURPOSE:To form a stable and uniform coating film, by arranging a lubricant coating spray nozzle at a predetermined distance while arranging a plurality of temp. detectors and control parts in the vicinity of an object to be coated grasped from both surfaces thereof and performing the control of a spray state by the measurement of temp. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic disc 1 is grasped at the inner periphery thereof and rotated to the direction shown by an arrow A. Both surfaces of the magnetic disc are partially held between masks 3, 3 each having an opening part 3a in order to adjust a lubricant spray area and a spray nozzle 2 is arranged in opposed relation to the opening part 3a and sprays the lubricant diluted by a solvent to coat the surface of the magnetic disc 1. Thermocouples 4 are arranged at several places in the vicinity of the opening part 3a of the mask 3 and connected to a control part through an amplifier 5 for amplifying a signal to perform temp. measuring control. The output of the control part 6 is sent to a temp. recording part 7 for recording temp. detected by the thermocouples.
