Driving element

摘要

If driving elements designed as toothed belts are to be used with an overlap in certain areas, then they must run adjacent to one another in these areas, requiring a deflection out of the common centre plane. To avoid the occurrence of such deflections, it is proposed that the ends of the toothed belts which are to overlap in use be designed to be half as wide as the toothed belt.
