PURPOSE:To measure the temperature of a fast running fine object accurately, by scanning the shape thereof in two directions with a radiation infrared ray to detect while the shape is checked by a synthetic pattern. CONSTITUTION:An infrared ray radiated from a fast running filament (a) is collimated with a lens (c) through a lens (b) and radiated infrared rays from the object are detected selectively with a filter (d). The radiation infrared rays with the specified wavelength selected are divided in two with a halfmirror (e) and collected with mirrors (g) and (g') running in the opposite direction to each other through motors (h) and (h') by way of lenses (f) and (f') to be detected with a sensor (i). The signal outputted from the sensor (i) is converted into an electrical signal through integrators k and l and k' and l'. The two phenomena are once memorized into a computer alternately with a multiplexer (m) through an A/D converter (n) and then, inputted into an arithmetic circuit (o) and the temperature is determined from the peak output detected. |
