PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition containing a dihydrouracial derivative and a carrier. CONSTITUTION:The objective antispasmodic agent contains (A) 1-85wt% (based on the tablet) compound of formula I [one of A and B is group of formula II (Y1, Y2 and Y3 are H, lower alkyl, halogen, nitro, amino, carboxyl, etc.), naphthyl or diphenylmethyl and the other is H, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, cyclopentyl, group of formula III (Z1, Z2 and Z3 are H, lower alkyl, halogen or trifluoromethyl), etc.; R1, R2 and R3 are H or lower alkyl; X is O or S] [e.g. 1-(2-chlorophenyl)-3-methyl-dihydrouracil] and (B) proper amounts of vehicle, disintegrant, lubricant, binder, dispersant, etc. It is administered at a does of 100-800mg/60kg daily in 2-3 divided doses in the form of e.g. tablet, granule, powder, capsule, syrup, injection, etc.
