PURPOSE:To secure the long service life of bearings by installing a rail supporting part which is thin and in cantilever form onto a traveling element or a stator and lightening the stress generated by the gap. CONSTITUTION:A groove part 14 is formed onto a stator 12, and a rail supporting part 15 is formed. Said rail supporting part 15 is made thin, and supported in centilever form by a stator 12. Though the rail supporting part 15 receives the bending stress directed inwardly when the gap (t) between the both straight rails becomes below a proper value because of a dimension precision of each member, the bending stress is suppressed to a small value and lightened because of the thin cantilever form. Therefore, the long service life of bearings can be secured by the relaxation of stress.
