A device for renewal of rattler contains a supporting platform for positioning the equipment, which ensures metal working of worn cylindrical and circular surfaces of coupling sleeves of unloading and loading pins, and also a drum of mill. The supporting platform is connected with a console made with possibility of revolution and fastened to a shaft, which is located coaxially with the axis of flange. Coaxial arrangement of the shaft is fixed by spacers, which rest on the internal cylindrical surface of pin or drum of mill, the console interacting with a guide fastened to the surface of flange and is made with possibility of fixation of the distance value between the supporting platform and workable circular or cylindrical surface. Furthermore, the supporting platform interacts with a drive, which provides for its circular displacement, and it is equipped with a coordinate guiding in the form of a lath or a rod with a roller on the final part, which is made with possibility of rolling over unworn surface of flanges. |
