PURPOSE:To accomplish high-speed operation by generating a transmission gate control signal in synchronization with a control signal different in control signal of multi-phase shift registers. CONSTITUTION:When a control signal PHI2 is supplied to the shift register SR1, a transistor Q9 turns on, and the input signal from a node 4 take in, while the gate potential of a transistor Q11 rises. Then, when a signal PHI1 is supplied, the potential of a node N5 rises, and the output signal in synchronization with the signal PHI1 is obtained. Meanwhile, the SR2 performs a similar action, therefore, takes in a signal from the SR1 by the signal PHI1, and generates an output signal by the signal PHI2. In such a way, the transmission gate control signals OUT1-OUT4 are obtained, and transmission gates QT1-QT4 correspondent to the said signals turn on, so that a data on a data line IO is stored in a register RG.
