PURPOSE:To ensure easily a gap between a vibrating substrate and a mounted substrate by forming a projection projected incorporatedly in the same direction as the vibration substrate and fixing the projection so as to be pressed into contact with the substrate on which the said vibration substrate is mounted. CONSTITUTION:A couple of projections 12a, 12b projected forward from both lengthwise ends are formed incorporatedly to a piezoelectric substrate 12. An electrode 13 formed incorporatedly with a lead 13a and an edge electrode 13b is formed to the piezoelectric substrate 12. In mounting the substrate to a ceramic package, the gap between a vibration element 11 and a ceramic substrate 32 is ensured automatically by pressing the end face of the projections 12a, 12b of the vibrating element 11 into contact with the ceramic substrate 32.
