PURPOSE:To attain the writ/rewrite of a program by arranging IC terminals while being exposed from the opening of a hold member so as to contact an external connection connector to the terminal. CONSTITUTION:Openings 20a, 20b of a case 10 are formed similarly in the front and rear faces in a form opposed to terminals 18a, 18b of EPROMs 12a, 12b. Thus, the terminals 18a, 18b are exposed externally at the position of the openings 20a, 20b at front and rear face of the case 10. When the terminal 18a is inserted to an external connection connector 22 toward the arrow 24 of the cartridge 10, the terminal 18a is allowed contact and conducted with the terminal 26. Similarly the terminal 18b is connected to a connector 22.
