摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress an increase in image pickup time by setting the relation between the position of a sensor on a fast scanning side and an image storage part to 1/(the number of divisions) and scanning a slow scanning side by the number of divisions, switching a forward and a backward scan and finding the correspondence with the image storage part, and shifting the slow scanning side in position and forming one picture surface. CONSTITUTION:Magnification is set on a console panel 19, an (x)-axial movement pattern generation part 16' determines the number of (x)-axial divisions of a picture surface by the magnification setting according to the fast scanning amplitude of an exciter 18, and an address from the generation part 16' to a digital image memory 12 is divided and generated. Further, the generation part 16' generates the quantity of (y)-axial scanning and address on a (y)-axis and receives a (y)-axial scanning end signal from a (y)-axial movement pattern generation part 14 which sends a command to the memory 12, thereby performing (x)-axial feeding operation for the divisions. The exciting signal of this generation part 16' is outputted to the exciter 18 through an amplifier 17. Then, the relation between the position of the sensor 28 and the memory 12 is set to 1/(the number of divisions), the slow scanning side is scanned by the number of divisions, and the correspondence to the memory 12 is found, thereby generating one picture surface.
