PURPOSE:To execute deletion and re-transmission after the communication by controlling the non-delivery processing according to the indication from a user using non-delivery prenotice and telephone call. CONSTITUTION:Communication sentence sends the non-delivery prenotice produced by facsimile communication controlling device 6. Furthermore,after transmitting the communication sentence by communication procedure, PRI-EOP signal which demands for intervention of operator is send out, and a facsimile terminal 1 sends a telephone call buzzar to the user and an afirmative signal to accumulation processing device 4. Then the user hangs up the telephone call after the off-hook, and indicates deletion/re-transmission which is an after- process of communication sentence to accumulation processing device 4 using PB signal according to the contents of the non-delivery prenotice. The PB signal is identified by network controlling device 5 and sent to central control unit 9 controlling non-delivery processing of communication sentence by indicating to file controlling device 7 deletion ore re-transmission of the file of communication sentence according to the file identification number accumulated in recording device 8.
