PURPOSE:To enhance the heat resistance and to increase the strength to a centrifugal force by dipping an armature in a fluid layer which contains epoxy powder as main content, preheating in the state that the powder is filled in the inner periphery of a lower coil and then dipping again in the layer. CONSTITUTION:Armature coils 81, 82 are wound in an armature core 4, and an armature formed by connecting the ends of the coils with a commutator 9 is dipped in a fluid layer which uses epoxy resin as main content, an acid anhydride hardener and electrically insulating powder made of inorganic bond like calcium silicate. The powder is filled in a space surrounded by the coil 82, an insulating plate 5, a rotor 3 and a commutator 11, and preheated to the prescribed temperature in this state. Then, the armature is again dipped in the same fluid layer, and insulated. Thus, the insulating layer of the inner periphery of the coil 82 is rigidly formed to eliminate the scattering of the layer by a centrifugal force. |
