PURPOSE:To extend the service life of a floppy disk by decentralizing and storing the information of a frequent part in a medium, and managing it by a function of a ring counter provided in an electronic computer. CONSTITUTION:The titled system is provided with a system soft part OS1, an initializing part I1, F/D control glocks of F/DC1-4 in addition to other various information L/D1, and a part A0 for managing the head address of these blocks,and in the part A0, for instance, by using a ring counter function, driving is executed in order of A1 A2 A3 A4. Accordingly, the F/DC1-4 are constituted of an address group for designating a part of information in the L/D1, as well, the regular operation is all initialized, one of F/D0-4 is selected, a CPU0 reads necessary information from the F/D, an input/output processing containing various operation processing is executed, the presence of driving of the F/D is decided, and in case of presence, the head address of the F/D which is driven in the next time is set, a service interruption/release flat is read, a decision of service interruption is executed, and in case when service interruption exists, the system executes holding by containing a service interruption/release processing and returns to its original state by the release.
