PURPOSE:To provide a casting product, capable of being cured and released from the mold in a short period of time and inexpensive, by a method wherein the liquid of principal material, including di-alcohol or the like, is mixed with the liquid of curing agent, including di- isocyanate or the like, at a proper rate and the condition of interphase of curing reaction, in which the liquid of mixture is transparent and having flowable property still sufficiently but the urethane linkage thereof is progressed considerably, is caught to cast it into the clay mold, in which the three-dimensional configuration of the product is copied, and release the product from the mold after curing. CONSTITUTION:Upon casting into the clay mold, the liquid of principal material such as di-alcohol or the like is mixed wit the liquid of curing agent such as diisocyanate or the like with the mixing rate of 1:1-0.9, for example, to start curing reaction and the interphase of the curing reaction is caught to cast the liquid of mixture whereby generation of bubbles may be avoided. The liquid of mixture is cast into the clay mold when 1min20sec-2min20sec has elapsed after mixing them in a cup and the liquid of mixture is still transparent but the heat of curing reaction is transmitted warm through the wall of the cup held in hand. When 5-6min has elapsed after casting, the heat of curing reaction is reduced, therefore, the product is taken out of the clay mold and the surplus part thereof is removed to finish the product. |
