PURPOSE:To enable automation and effective performance of work by providing intermittently driven sprocket wheels and hooking an endless chain with a needle plate for attaching a cloth by piercing action provided on the side of the sprocket wheel. CONSTITUTION:Each pair of sprocket wheels 3a, 3b which are intermittently driven are provided at a certain interval in the longitudinal direction of a cloth feeder belt on a printing machine 25, and an endless chain 4 with a needle plate 7 for attaching a cloth by piercing action provided on the side of the sprocket wheel is hooked between the sprocket wheels. In addition, a blade block 15 for cutting cloth which shuttles back and forth in a transverse direction over an upper side where said chain 4 passes, is installed in movable and adjustable manner in the longitudinal direction of the endless chain 4. Further, a push plate 22 which detaches cloth attached by piercing action downward is installed in ascending and descending manner. As a result, the action to cut cloth and attach it to a cloth feeder belt is automatically repeated, thus performing automated effective printing with precision and improving the quality.
