PURPOSE:To show the name and location of a new satellite and a changed receiving satellite by displaying the location of a currently receiving satellite by lighting one of plural LEDs arranged in a circle, etc., on the panel of a satellite broadcasting receiver. CONSTITUTION:A motor which sets an antenna to the eastern end position is driven by depressing a reset key 22 and when the motor is set to the eastern end position, the LED of a location displaying counter 16 displays '000'. When WEST key 19 is continuously depressed and the antenna is turned toward the western end direction thereafter, the LED of the counter 16 counts up. When radio waves from a desired satellite are received, then position displaying counter 16 displays the location of the satellite and, at the same time, causes the LED of a satellite number display 17 to light so as to show the number of the satellite corresponding to a location previously stored in a storage circuit and one of LEDs 41-58 on the orbit corresponding to the satellite number to light. |
