PURPOSE:To enable a vehicle to maintain its running function, by ensuring operation of an engine in no relation to the control system of a special equipment, in the case of a specially equipped car in which the same engine performs operation of the special equipment and running of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:In an engine 2 of a specially equipped car equipped with a water jetting device 3 as a special equipment, a step motor 13, connecting with the first lever 14 controlling a governor 1 and inputting control force in accordance with a load of the water jetting device 3, is connected with an accelerator pedal 18 inputting control force independently of the step motor. The accelerator pedal 18 is connected through a link mechanism 17 with the second lever 16 controlling the governor 1 in no relation to the first lever 14. Accordingly, in running operation of a vehicle, the vehicle, which can separately control the governor 1 by inputting depressing control force of the accelerator pedal 18, enables a running function of the vehicle itself to be ensured even if a trouble is generated in a control system 9 in a side of the water jetting device 3. |
