PURPOSE:To titled device capable of aiming improvement in feed system and maintenance, wherein powdered coal fed from lines of plural cyclones and bag filters in one primary collecting bin and distributing the powdered coal to a powdered coal bin while regulating a flow rate. CONSTITUTION:Coal in the coal bunker 1 is sent to the pulverizer 3, ground, dried with a hot gas and sent to the cyclone 4 and bag filter 5. The hot gas containing the powdered coal and water is primarily separated by the cyclone 4 and further separated by the bag filter 5 in high accuracy. The dried powdered coal collected here is sent to the primary collecting bin 8. The plural powdered coal bins 9 are set under the collecting bin 8 and distribution of the powdered coal to each hopper is controlled. Then, it is sent to the lock hopper 11, further to the metering feed hopper 13 and through the mixer 14 to the converter 15 of the gasifying furnace 18 and to the diffuser 16. The powdered coal is weighed by the hopper 13 and the opening and closing time of the lock valves 10 and 12 are regulated.
