发明名称 WATER HEATER UTILIZING SOLAR HEAT
摘要 PURPOSE:To keep the favorable electrical connection of a metal having larger ionization tendency with a heat exchange part under the water for a long time and stabilize the corrosion protective function of the metal by a structure whereing the metal with larger ionization tendency such as magnesium or the like is installed through a base plate onto one surface side of the heat exchange part and one end of electrically conductive clamping wire with sping action, while the other end of which is abutted against the other surface side of the heat exchange part, is fixed to the base plate. CONSTITUTION:An ingot 5a made of magnesium employed as a metal, the ionization tendency of which is larger than that of the metal composing a heat exchange part, is threadingly fixed through one end of a clamping wire 5l to a clamp plate 5c by means of a mounting bolt 5d. The clamping wire 5l is made of electrically conductive material such as stainless steel or the like and formed into chevron-shape and made springy. The other ends of the clamping wire 5l are bent into L-shape so as to hook to the under surface sides of the heat exchange parts 4 of two heat pipes in order to about against the heat exchange parts 4. When the elution of magnesium metal into the water occurs due to the sacrificial anode action of the ingot 5a, the rubbing occurs at the point (y) between the clamp plate 5c and the surface of the heat exchange parts 4, resulting in cleaning the rubbing surface and consequently improving the electrical conductivity.
